About Us
Hambo Stamps, founded in 2002, is the offspring of husband/wife team Tim & Monica Hunter of Richmond, Virginia. Tim, an artist/carpenter, has combined his two vocations in creating this line of whimsical rubber stamps, as well as all of the designs in Hambo's digital stamp line. While Tim draws the images, Monica is responsible for sentiments & sayings, including her own Fractured Funnies™ & Limerinks™ lines.

About Our Stamps
All current rubber stamp designs are available wood-mounted, cling-mounted, and bare. Stamps on our Retiring pages are not available on cling cushion, but instead might be offered UM - rubber on sticky cushion. Please refer to the letter code next to the pricing to see what options are available for each design. The legend is as follows: (M) is wood mounted, (UM) is rubber on sticky cushion, (UMC) is rubber on cling cushion, and (B) is bare rubber -- no cushion.
All mounted (M) rubber stamps are mounted on solid maple blocks in an hourglass shape for easier handling. Stamps also include 1/8" cushion and deeply etched rubber, closely trimmed, for clean impressions.
Cling-cushioned stamps (UMC) will come ready for use with acrylic blocks. UMC prices are 25% less than the mounted stamps. Please note that the cushion on the UM stamps, offered on our Retiring pages, is the permanent type of cushion -- the kind normally used with wood blocks, and NOT the kind used with acrylic blocks -- though you can remount them onto sheets of cling cushion to be used with acrylic blocks.
Bare rubber stamps (B) will be the deep etch rubber die with no cushion attached. The bare option is discounted 50% off the mounted stamp price. Please note that the bare rubber will be "rough cut," meaning that you'll probably want to trim the rubber closer to the image.
All images are original drawings and copyrighted in the year they were introduced by Tim Hunter exclusively for Hambo Stamps.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates can be purchased in any amount, and expire one year from the purchase date. We can either email a gift certificate directly to your recipient, or to you if you'd like to print it out to include in a card.

If you would like to be on our email newsletter list, to be kept up-to-date of new designs and specials, including our "secret sales" for newsletter recipients only, please email us with the subject line "Newsletter" and your email address will be added. Your email address is used by us only for this purpose, and will never be shared, sold, or used for other dastardly deeds. We send our newsletter announcements only to those who request that we do so, and there is an easy "unsubscribe" option at the bottom of each newsletter, if at any time you change your mind about receiving it.
