make custom stamps?
No,
unfortunately we do not. There are many companies out there who
would be happy to help you, so just try a Google search or a local
office supply store for simple orders.
Do you have a
catalog?
Yes, we
do! We have a pdf format catalog, which can be downloaded HERE,
either for "compact" viewing online, or printing out. Please note that our catalog
doesn't include any of the retiring stamps, so the website is
still the best place to see our complete line. Also, keep
in mind that the printable version will change as we add new
designs throughout the year, so look for supplements so you don't
have to reprint the entire catalog. All designs in the catalog are shown at 70%
actual size. Just as on the website, prices are subject to change.
Do you sell
wholesale?
Yes we
do! For our wholesale terms, please email
us,
and include your resale number, along with your name, your store's
name, and your contact information.
Can your UM stamps
be used with acrylic blocks?
Stamps
ordered as "UMC" will come with cling cushion attached,
which can be used with acrylic blocks. All of our current designs
are available with cling; retiring stamps, however, are not
available on cling. The retiring
stamps
offered "UM" will have sticky cushion on the back -- the
kind of cushion which permanently mounts to wood blocks.
Our
inexpensive cling
cushion sheets
are a great way to adapt those UM or bare stamps for use with
acrylic blocks!
Can I get a discount
if I order just the rubber without the cushion?
Yes! We
offer all of our current designs on bare rubber at 50% off the full retail
price of the wood-mounted stamps.
Will the bare rubber
stamps be trimmed and ready to use?
The
bare rubber will be "rough-cut," meaning there will be
excess rubber around the images; you'll probably want to trim them
closer before using them.
What do the letters
next to the stamp prices mean?
We use
letters to designate the mounting options as follows: (M) is wood
mounted, (UM) is rubber on sticky cushion, (UMC) is rubber on
cling cushion, and (B) is bare rubber -- no cushion.
Do you take
suggestions for stamps?
We will
happily accept suggestions for sentiment themes (i.e.
"bird sentiments") or designs (i.e. "I'd love to
see an anteater stamp"), but will not accept any specific
sentiment or design suggestions or submissions. We retain complete rights to any
stamps that we produce, so if you have a great idea, but are
looking to sell it or claim royalties, it's best you produce the
stamp yourself. If you see a hilarious saying on a bumper sticker
or in a Hallmark card, we will not be interested in making a stamp
of the saying, because it's been done, and we won't steal someone
else's ideas.
Do you ship
internationally?
Yes we
do! We will ship anywhere in the world that the U.S. postal
service reaches, charging only actual shipping. We will be happy
to provide a shipping quote before processing your order. Please
note that we are required to attach customs forms with our
packages, and cannot misrepresent the value of the order to help
avoid taxes or charges on your end.
Do you buy artwork
from other artists?
No, we
do not. We like our designs to have a distinct style, and that's
best accomplished if we do all the artwork ourselves. There are
other companies who buy artwork, however, so just ask around!
Can gift
certificates be purchased?
Yes!
Gift certificates can be purchased in any amount and expire
exactly one year from purchase date. We can email a certificate
directly to the recipient, or email it to you if you'd like to
print it out to enclose in a card. To redeem, the recipient need
only provide the redemption code (at the bottom) along with
their order.

When can I expect my
order to ship?
We ship
all orders within 24 hrs. of payment (or upon clearance of an
eCheck), except on weekends and holidays, or as otherwise
noted. We're open Sunday - Friday. Any orders or emails
received on Saturday will be responded to on Sunday or Monday.
When will your next
Design Team tryout be?
Our next call will be in
